မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ပြည်သူ့ကျန်းမာရေးပညာရပ်ဆိုင်ရာနှီးနှောဖလှယ်ပွဲ (၂၀၂၃) ပထမနေ့ ပညာရှင်များ ဝိုင်းဖွဲ့ဆွေးနွေးခြင်း (Plenary Session) အစီအစဉ်တွင် မျိုးဆက်ပွား၊ မိခင်နှင့်မွေးကင်းစ ကလေးသူငယ်၊ ပျိုရွယ်သူနှင့် သက်ကြီးရွယ်အိုကျန်းမာရေးတိုးတက်မှုအတွက် အခြေခံအုတ်မြစ် တည်ဆောက်ခြင်း (Building foundation for future reproductive, maternal, newborn, child, adolescent and elderly health and development) ခေါင်းစဉ်တွင် သဘာပတိများအဖြစ် ဒေါက်တာသိန်းသိန်းဌေး၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး(အငြိမ်းစား)၊ ကျန်းမာရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနနှင့် တွဲဘက်သဘာပတိ ဒေါက်တာမြင့်မြင့်သန်း၊ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ်၊ ပြည်သူ့ ကျန်းမာရေးဦးစီးဌာန၊ ကျန်းမာရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန တို့က ဆောင်ရွက်ပြီး ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံမှ Dr Kittipong Saejeng, Medical Doctor, Ministry of Public Health က National Reproductive Health Policy and Strategy in Thailand ခေါင်းစဉ်ဖြင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ မလေးရှားနိုင်ငံမှ Dr Narimah Awun, Formerly Regional Advisor, WHO-SEARO က Global, Regional and National Commitments for RMNCAH ခေါင်းစဉ်ဖြင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ အိန္ဒိယနိုင်ငံမှ Dr Rajejsh Mehta, Formerly Regional Advisor, WHO-SEARO က Accelerating progress in child health and wellbeing towards achieving SDGs ခေါင်းစဉ်ဖြင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ သီရိလင်္ကာနိုင်ငံမှ Dr Anoma Basnayake, Public Health Specialist and International Consultant, World Health Organization. Previously Head, Community Nutrition Division, Ministry of Health က Elderly Health promotion through the Global Lens ခေါင်းစဉ်ဖြင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံမှ Dr. Jin Xu, Assistant Professor, Peking University က An Evaluation of the Hospital-Primary Care Telemedicine Cooperation Network in Ningxia, China ခေါင်းစဉ်ဖြင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ ကမ္ဘာ့ကျန်းမာရေးအဖွဲ့ (WHO) မှ Dr.Chandra Mouli, Previously with Department of Sexual & Reproductive Health & Research က Thirty years since the International Conference on Population and Development: Looking back and looking ahead on adolescent sexual and reproductive health ခေါင်းစဉ်ဖြင့်လည်းကောင်းVirtual စနစ်ဖြင့် တက်ရောက်ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့သည်။
